Susan Hanzik

Susan Hanzik is the Senior Director of Loyalty and Personalization at Academy Sports + Outdoors, leading the company’s growth-focused Loyalty and Credit programs as well as its evolving personalization strategy. Since joining Academy in 2015, she has held a variety of roles across corporate strategy, analytics, customer marketing, and data transformation.

Susan graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Outside of work, Susan and her family spend as much time as they can in Galveston. She enjoys paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, and beach time with her husband and two sons.
