Galveston Bay Education for Teachers (GET wet!) is a FREE two day professional development workshop that aims to introduce instructors to the Get Hip to Habitat program, regionally focused science curriculum, and environmental exploration for grade levels 6-12. GET wet includes:
- Background information on Galveston Bay
- Classroom curriculum focusing on Galveston Bay
- Issues facing Galveston Bay
- Outdoor learning experiences in Galveston Bay
- Participants will receive continuing education credit hours when they participate in both days.
- Participants will receive a stipend when they participate in both days

Acceptance Policy: We strive to book as many teachers as possible. However, due to the demand for this program and the limitations of materials, we cannot guarantee that you will be accepted into the session.
